That said, we understand that accidents can occur in transit. If your lampshade arrives damaged, please contact us right away — we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Here’s how to proceed:
Contact Us Immediately: If your lampshade sustains damage during transit, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt.
Photographic Proof Required: To expedite the resolution process, please include a photograph of the damaged shipping box as well as the lampshade itself in your email. This will help us assess the situation and provide a swift solution.
Replacement or Refund: Upon verification of the damage, we'll be happy to offer you a replacement lampshade, or a full refund for your purchase if there is no replacement availability.
